Manchester United target Kasper Dolberg has snubbed Manchester United and agreed to leave Ajax football club for German side Borussia Dortmund. The highly talented player attracted numerous interests all across Europe with his fine and impressive displays for Ajax last season and according to reports in Italian media outlet Todo Mercado Web, the player will now complete a switch to Borussia Dortmund in January when the transfer window re-opens.
The German signed have beaten off other suitors to land the sensational player after they lost one of their best players Ousmane Dembele to Spanish champions Barcelona last week and they have already captured former Manchester City startlet Jadon Sancho as a suitable replacement for the already departed Ousmane Dembele.
Manchester United were one of the European clubs eager to land Denmark born Kasper Dolberg and Jose Mourinho also sent scouts to watch the player several times. The young striker also played against Manchester United in last season’s Europa league final game which United won 2-0.
He was however linked with a move to Manchester United and Manchester City but the Dane player quickly revealed that a move ton Manchester United or its rival would be a big step and he only needs to move to where he would enjoy regular playing time.
