Manchester united manager Jose Mourinho has enlisted Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Greizmann as the club’s priority when the transfer window opens next summer and Jose Mourinho may have to go head to head with his former club Chelsea who has also made the Atletico forward one of their transfer targets.
United remain hopeful in signing the 25year old who top scored in the just concluded Euro competition hosted by France and has also started the new La Liga football season in an impressive manner netting six goals in eight games for his club side.
Jose Mourinho has constantly made remarks about his team lacking creativity despite signing Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovich before the start of the season. Mkhitaryan has failed to impress making just one start for United while Pogba and Zlatan have all played well.
Rumors suggest that United will get the French forward in the summer despite the complications surrounding Atletico Madrid’s 2017 transfer ban.
United are also interested in signing Benfica winger Goncalo Guedes for a fee of about 52.7million euro and Arsenal football club have also expressed their desire to land the winger at the Emirates.
Guedes contract with the Portuguese club runs till 2021 but the winger is likely to leave the club with Benfica having sold 13 of their players in the past six years for a total of 270million euro and the sale of Goncalo Guedes would see them rise past the 300million euro mark.
